Called Ngrained Woodworks and they were on site in a couple days to take measurements. He got me designs in about a week, and made changes instantaneously. Stayed in good contact throughout the process. He visited again to confirm that we'd get a stain match to the existing wood work. Strong attention to detail! On install day, I didn't want to see any of it in progress - I just wanted to be wowed by the final product. Mission accomplished. It looks exactly as I had hoped and meets every expectation.
