“Mario and Christian took a dull, plain 1978 townhome and transformed it into a beautiful Italian-style home. It is gorgeous! The walls in every room are textured, faux beams were added, recessed lighting, and a combination of tile and hardwood floors. The renovation was done prior to us obtaining the home, but we contacted them as soon as we purchased the property to add a few things, paint, and tile the patio. Mario's design aesthetic is spot on! Both Mario and Christian pay attention to the most minute detail...and it shows. We could not have asked for a more professional job. Neat, tidy, within our budget, and on time! “Robert Lopez, President of Mr professional Painting, was recommended to my wife and I by a local contractor who has done work for us in our home and who we trust very much. We needed to paint the outside of our home. I received three bids in total and Robert's was directly in the middle. He gave us some older references, and we asked why? His response was we should only ask people whom he painted years ago, to see how the paint job lasted. An unusual approach but right. What I especially liked was his explanation of exactly what he would do to justify his price and the time it would take. Our exterior window trim was not in good shape, and he specifically concentrated on this aspect of the job. The trim came out beautifully restored. He also adhered to his timetable and worked very closely with our landscape contractor who was doing some work for us as well. I recommended Robert to a neighbor, who used him as well.”
