“There are many reasons why we are glad we chose CplusC over other architects. Firstly, their natural and balanced aesthetic strongly appeals to us and we are genuinely pleased and impressed with the quality of the construction of our home. Secondly, and as importantly, CplusC are both designers and builders. This has the advantage of avoiding disagreements between architects and builders, which meant a less difficult building process and minimises the unexpected costs that inevitably arise. Thirdly, CplusC are environmentally clever designers and builders: they design to minimise wasted construction materials; and their design and the materials they used means our ongoing expenses are reduced (we only need to turn the heater on for three or so weeks in the year, and don't use air conditioning, instead enjoying cross-breezes). CplusC have built us a beautiful home that our children will grow up in and we are happy to recommend them.”

“As a builder that has constructed several projects for ZSA, I can highly recommend their architectural services. Their designs and working drawings are always thoroughly though out making the building process efficient and effective. ZSA have a firm understanding of the cost of building which sets them apart from the rest. They have excellent spacial awareness and knowledge of construction which is critical to a good design. Every client that I have shared with ZSA (more than 10) would highly recommend their services.”

“In two words...Absolutely Brilliant! Luke's architectural abilities and holistic approach combine sustainable, practical concepts that look AMAZING. He is highly organised, trendy, ensures he fully comprehends the client's brief and produces designs that have an edge...a real Wow factor. We had a sloping block of land with a long list of requirements (budget, time, eco friendly, low maintenance, compliance to Vastu i.e an ancient Indian construction science considered by many as the precursor to Feng Shui, and many more). We also had some covenants and restrictions on the land. Luke delivered on all fronts by striking a beautiful balance of all elements. He also had a great network of consultants required for the plethora of reports needed for the Council Development Application and a huge help to get these organised. The best decision we've made. You can't go wrong with LVJ.”

“Link was extremely helpful and understanding of our requirements in finalising our design. We too a long time to understand our block, light, sun and the family's requirements of the house. We wanted something that was not the same as every other project house. (note "house" not "home"!). Something that was single level, had a separate dwelling (Granny flat) for rental income and that met out teenage family requirements for separate spaces to get away but the heart of the house being the place where we very much spend most of our time together. Light was extremely important as well as indoor / outdoor level living with a tropical Balinese feel. We now have an amazing home with feature spotted gum box and amazing highlight windows around the whole house. The deck connects main living/kitchen areas to the pool via two enormous commercial black bifold doors that open across the back and down the side to expose both side to the outdoors. Link was instrumental in bringing our ideas together and we managed to build it all for the price of a generic 2 storey project home. A unique architectural design and the gem of our entire area. Thanks Link and PLANLAND! Awesome work! Murray & Erin Kitteringham”

“We've used Dieppe Design for two renovation projects - a two bedroom unit that needed a total overhaul and a small 1940s house that needed more space and updating and we couldn't be happier on both occasions. Dieppe Designs presented us with modern, efficient concepts that were flexible to our needs and budget. The work was done in an excellent timeframe and communication with our builders and council was seamless. Couldn't recommend highly enough.”
