“I think what makes Jaime Brennan such a great architect is that he truly listens. He has delivered what we asked for, actually our home is more beautiful than we imagined. He knows his stuff so we got through Council quickly, which isn't typical of a strawbale development application in the Blue Mountains. The home that we have built together is beautiful, practical and comfortable. Jaime has project managed for us and we have stayed within budget. There has been a lot to handle and throughout the build Jaime has been a great communicator. He has often suggested alternatives that made our home more comfortable, practical, environmentally appropriate or more economical to build and we are so grateful for that. Jaime also helped us select a great builder. We couldn't be happier with our experience and we are really excited to move in to our home in a few weeks time.”

“In two words...Absolutely Brilliant! Luke's architectural abilities and holistic approach combine sustainable, practical concepts that look AMAZING. He is highly organised, trendy, ensures he fully comprehends the client's brief and produces designs that have an edge...a real Wow factor. We had a sloping block of land with a long list of requirements (budget, time, eco friendly, low maintenance, compliance to Vastu i.e an ancient Indian construction science considered by many as the precursor to Feng Shui, and many more). We also had some covenants and restrictions on the land. Luke delivered on all fronts by striking a beautiful balance of all elements. He also had a great network of consultants required for the plethora of reports needed for the Council Development Application and a huge help to get these organised. The best decision we've made. You can't go wrong with LVJ.”

“Lalit was approachable and responsive. After a lot of discussion we proceeded with a straightforward, single-level extension which produced some wonderful spaces in our Californian bungalow. While there are a few tweaks we might have anticipated that would have further enhanced the design, we are really happy with the project Lalit designed and appreciate his support throughout the project. This was a major project and Lalit was able to provide design and cost advice that guided us to a very successful outcome.”

“Chris was thorough and understood what we desired, was always available, approachable and very friendly, Enthusiastic and very passionate and nothing was too hard. Came to our home multiple times to explain and ensure we were all on the same page with drawings. Chris actioned architectural drawings and basix. Project has not yet started.”

“Found mark very sympathetic to our needs and aesthetic look we were after. Good communication skills and a great listener. Added some very quirky but interesting and thoughtful design to work within a tight budget. Very thoughtful regarding solar passive and thermodynamic principles. This was a new house design from the ground up and we couldn't be happier”
