As a General Contractor, I love working on Forge Craft projects, they truly understand the building science behind the scenes that results in functional, comfortable, efficient homes. I give them my highest recommendation. If you are interviewing Architects, they should be on the very top of your list. They are fantastic to work with, and their projects result in VERY happy clients.”

“As a contractor I LOVE working with Webber+ Studio. Their plans are fantastic, they do their own interiors, and they are very detailed. This allows me to give detailed and correct bids with very few allowance assumptions. This saves their clients huge amounts of cash and headaches by making these decisions in the pre-construction time. Very few firms have this mix of good office management and amazing design savvy. I very highly recommend them!”

“Co(X)ist wa a delight to work with from start to finish. Frank and Megan provided us with a clear process and timeline. They worked within our budget while providing options and possibilities that we hadn’t considered. They listened carefully to our needs, tastes and desires and helped us reimagine and rediscover our home! Our home now feels and lives bigger, it’s more open, light and usable - even though we didn’t add square footage to the home’s original footprint. They helped us vet bids and select our contractor and they provided the appropriate attention to detail and follow-through. All-in-all a great experience. We look forward to working with them again on another project!”

“Maggie Wylie completely changed my old, outdated & closed-in kitchen, took out a weight-bearing wall, and designed my dream kitchen that's spacious, airy, functional, and open to the adjacent sun room and dining room. Her ideas are creative and insightful. The whole project went smoothly and I couldn't be happier with the end-result!!”

“We hired Janet to help us design our home on Lake Travis. She was an absolute delight to work with throughout the entire process. I am one of those clients that has a very specific idea of what I want. And Janet is one of those designers that actually listens to what the client has in mind, and then helps them make it even better. She wan't creating her idea of our perfect home, she was helping us create our vision for our home. She was timely and professional, but also has a great sense of humor. Probbably the only negative thing anyone could say about her is that she is a work-a-holic...because she truly loves what she does! Would I hire her again? Absolutely! When a remodeling project recently came up she was the first person that I called. I would recommend her again and again.”

“The Katz Builders team is very professional. We have worked on dozens of projects together over a span of over 25 years (my firm draws the plans and Katz does the construction) and every one of my clients who has used Katz for the construction project has been very pleased with quality, professionalism and service. The level of personal attention and care they provide is unparalleled. In one remodel, for instance, they painstakingly removed the original wood casing from doors and reinstalled it after the remodel was finished. Their tile installer did my own floors and I was extremely impressed with how carefully he and his lead installer planned the layout to make sure that the tile was centered on several different axes as well as ensuring no small slivers of tile at edges and other subtle things I would never have noticed had they done it incorrectly. If something "doesn't seem right" about plans we have provided, the Katz team always call to make sure they get it right rather than "winging it" in the field risking misinterpretation of our intent. They have used many of the same sub-contractors the entire time I have known them which means to me that they have loyal sub-contractors and you will get consistent and high quality results from them. And, once again, I want to mention that in all these years I have not once had a homeowner come back to me and complain about them as their builder. That is very rare in this business.”

“Austin Design Group is currently wrapping up designing our home, and I cannot say enough good things about them. Steve is an extremely experienced, professional designer while at the same time very down to earth and super easy to work with. His designs are beautiful and practical at the same time. They are reasonably priced and do the same (or better!) quality work than several more expensive agencies we considered.”
