“Ian designed our Steamboat home remodel and our private home near Monarch Mountain. He also helped us with a historic commercial building in downtown Salida. A complicated project. Ian is very professional and his architectural scope is diverse. He is a creative problem solver and will listen to concerns, working within the constraints of a project to keep cost more efficient. He seems facile with many architectural styles. I am a builder of homes for 40 years and know when i've found someone exceptional. Our experience was extremely satisfactory and we wouldn't hesitate to use him again or recommend him.”

“Brian Adams is a very creative architect! As a builder and developer, I appreciate his consistent focus to satisfy the client, whether it be a spec project or custom build. He is a great problem solver, giving all of the members on the project team plenty of options to choose from. He is always eager to go the extra mile by providing beautiful renderings of the finished product, that we can use for our marketing materials. On the building side, I have found his plans to be extremely well-detailed, making the construction of the home easy to understand and build from. I highly recommend Brian for any project.”

“Katie Kiefer was the architect and interior designer for our Steamboat home, which was completed (on time and on budget) in 2000 and directed the renovation and interior design of our Manhattan Beach home in 2008. She has also helped us on an ongoing basis with furniture choices, art selection, landscaping and a variety of other projects. In every case, her work has been professional, inspired, cost-effective and beautiful. My wife and I will never do a project without her guidance and leadership.”

“Kelly and Stone provided exceptional architectural services for a custom designed home on a challenging lot. They were very accommodating with ideas and suggestions, and worked tirelessly to ensure the project stayed within the desired budget constraints, in fact, they were the only firm interviewed who felt the project could be done within the range and size and didn't suggest that the budget should be expanded. The team is very personable with an excellent design sense, true artists in their field. Tim Stone is truly a architectural genius who we now consider a good friend.”
