“The staff at Ohashi Design Studio helped me design my kitchen/living space. I wanted to open up our galley kitchen to be able to see our incredible view from the kitchen. They came up with a design I never imagined could work so well. Rather than just remove a wall, they moved the kitchen, changed it to a more functional shape and not only opened up the view, but made the living space feel like we were outside. I have been especially impressed with their level of service. They listened to my dreams and goals and turned it into a reality beyond what I'd hoped for. They were available anytime I needed guidance during construction and made sure the project was built down to the finest details. They helped me find a contractor and oversaw the bidding process. They helped pick out all the materials and finishes, even the paint color. I can't say enough about their level of expertise and professionalism. I worked with Dave and Alan.”

“We engaged Architect Guy Lubroth to help us remodel our apartment in San Francisco. He was very professional and thorough in his review of what could be done architecturally. Guy was also very helpful in presenting several alternatives to us. Our remodel is now complete and it is as perfect as we could have wanted. “They just finished up the interior remodel of my master bedroom and living room. It took about 23 days to finish all the things we wanted done to both rooms. The company communicated effectively and performed the remodel above and beyond our expectations. Any ideas we had were incorporated into the final design in some way to satisfy our needs. The design team was brilliant and didn’t rush their creative process, which is why the final product turned out beautifully. Thanks again for your commitment towards this remodel. We’ll be recommending Create Interior Design to other people we know.”

“This team was contracted to do the architectural work on an addition to my home. I sketched out the overall design. Nong listened and offered his suggestions. At the conclusion, his overall design and improvements when far beyond what I had envisioned. He walk through all the paperwork and time needed to get all the permits which allowed me time to take care of the family and talk about the new look. The project is still under construction, but I know my family and I will be happy with what we both (myself and Nong) envisioned.”

“I highly recommend Rebecca Schnier Architecture. Rebecca has done several projects for us, including a 1000sf upper level addition, kitchen and bathroom remodels. The first project was in 2001 and the last one in 2012. She does beautiful design work that is very functional. She asks questions to be sure she understands her clients needs and taste. She offers design options and always has her clients best interests in mind. She is very creative and resourceful in her use of space. She is a pleasure to work with and delivers beautiful results.”

“We asked Jill and Rich to work with us on an extensive house addition. They were truly with us as partners through the entire process. First, they knew the city regulations so well that they were able to help us maximize the useful square footage of our lot. They then proposed several designs that we hadn't considered, and really helped us choose a plan that worked for our family's needs. I love that they came up with many wonderful architectural touches that gave the addition a feel that blended with our craftsman style old house with the modern touches we were after. Small changes like moving a doorway a few inches really helped with the flow of the space. We've felt really fortunate to be able to have their careful attention to detail, commitment to quality, and ability to work within our budget. Overall, it was a total pleasure to work with them and I would love to work with them again on future projects.”
