“My wife and I knew immediately upon first meeting Terry that we would be working with a kindred spirit who would guide us through our first home building project. It had always been a dream of ours to work with an architect to design a house we would call home. Terry was able to coax out of us what we wanted in a home but never had the language to describe properly. He transformed our vague concepts into a home that perfectly meets our families needs and nurtures our souls. The exterior of the house looks like it grew organically out of the ground, adapting perfectly to our challenging site. Even better, Terry was able to tailor his services to meet our budget while still achieving these spectacular results. “I am pleased with the services provided by Home Designing Service. I came in with a draft design for a house. I was limited to a width of 30 feet or less in design. Being familiar with building codes, the designer/architect worked with me to include the items in the floor plan that I wanted while meeting the building code requirements. There were ideas I never would have thought of included to solve design issues. Costs were kept down as well. I would recommend this company.”
