From the very first phone call I found Anthony to be totally professional and courteous. He visited our site at Gorokan and discussed the many options available to us. Our project was a dual occupancy with a 2 lot subdivision. Anthony produced his first concept designs and we met several times to discuss alternatives and different options. We are now nearing completion of the project ( first one complete and occupied) and could not be more pleased with the relationship that has been developed between ourselves and Parker & Associates. “Distinct Building Design (DBD) were one of two companies we contacted to design our new home. We selected them on the basis that they fully understood our requirements for a two-storey, 3-bedroom home which left plenty of room for a back garden. They submitted an initial design which, by and large, is the home we ended up with. The other company, for whatever reason, couldn't/wouldn't do this, insisting on 4 bedrooms, with bedrooms on the ground floor and living upstairs.
DBD recommended bathroom and kitchen designers as well as suppliers of tiles and all other hardware as the build progressed. They were very pro-active, with the design, during the construction period.
The result was a wonderful home that we are extremely pleased with and would be happy to recommend DBD to other prospective users.”

“We bought a total dump of a terrace which had serious structural and aesthetic issues. We hired Palaestra to help us reconfigure the building to make the most of the spaces, increase the light while keeping the cost low.
Palaestra solved the puzzle of using the space as well as possible. We have a truly brilliant new stair configuration. They designed really great rooms and had real sensitivity to our rather serious budget constraints. Unlike a number of the people we hired on the job, Palaestra really got that we couldn't afford the best or most beautiful finishes but always come up with a good looking alternative.

“The lake house is a much loved holiday home. However having survived being the host for over three decades to four children and countless family and friends, it desperately needed some work. Despite several attempts to do it ourselves, living in Sydney made it essentially impossible. Bringing Jasmine onboard as the project manager changed all that. Jasmine was professional, diligent and understanding of what we wanted and what the house needed. She sourced reasonably priced quality tradesmen and oversaw each step of the process. Without being pushy, Jasmine provided ideas when we were stuck and identified items to consider that weren't initially in our scope but that significantly improved the final outcome. The completion of the works has been timely and we're still coming to terms with how amazing the place looks now! We will definitely be using EKAH Studio again and highly recommend it to others.”

He did a wonderfull job and was always eager to help with any changes and worked well with the all the trades as required.
His design has had many people asking us about him and we have referred new cutomers already. We had very little trouble with a build that had to be 1.5 meters off ground level and could have been very difficult, Brents ability to see potential faults and deal with council and certifiers made our project run like a well oiled machine.
I can't thank him enough and would reccomend Eight Six Design very highly.”
