Doug Reynolds is an exceptionally creative architect who is able to transform dreams into reality, and is very responsive to a client's needs and wishes. His Construction Manager is highly organized with a strong attention to detail, who has a natural instinct for helping select the perfect materials and products for the job, is very effective in making things happen, and is a delight to work with. His staff are all extremely professional, helpful, responsive, and really, really nice people. Their ability to meet deadlines and stay on budgets is excellent, and communication is superb. I recommend them highly!”

“Architectural design of our home. He designed the home, all the layout and configuration and did all the construction drawings. He put our desires into focus and into the design of our home. Outstanding ability to translate our concepts into structure and to implement the design concept into an actual structure that meets all tests. Always available to address any construction design or implementation issues. Works conceptually and practically with the entire build team, designer, builder and all contractors to implement all features without negatively affecting the resultant design and features. The house was under construction for three years. He visited the house on his own at least monthly; spoke to us or met us regularly and met with our builder and interior designer regularly all to insure that it was being built properly.”

He always sees the bigger picture. Brent has a keen eye for design and doesn't just give his clients what works structurally. “We live in a 1918 Oak Park bungalow, complete with art glass windows and loads of woodwork throughout. Our kitchen was a late 80s powder blue counters and laminate cabinets--did not match our home or our needs for a big family. Tom Bassett-Dilley and his team completely rethought our space and designed a functional and beautiful space that matches the rest of our home. We can now entertain family and friends in a spacious, sophisticated kitchen. The mud room and sun room were also part of this project--reclaiming space so every inch our our house is useable, efficient and stunning!”
