“Could not be happier! Mathew and his staff were very helpful during every phase of the project. They took the time to explain to me and my husband what needed to be done and very often gave us helpful ideas. We went into the project with a strong idea of what we wanted. Mat not only helped us bring those ideas to life, he also offered ways to improve upon those ideas in ways that I could never have thought of. “Laine redesigned our 19th century Queen Anne Victorian, helped us find our builder and shepherded us through the entire project which included a complete renovation of the kitchen, third floor master suite, main entryway, deck and the addition of a cupola. His attention to detail is superb: floor plan, windows, doors, details in moulding and direction on lighting and fixtures. He was unfailingly calm and reassuring with us and with our builder and was always available to guide us through difficult decisions. We discovered fire damage to our roof during the project and Laine worked quickly with our builder to find a solution and kept the project on schedule. The finished project won a local award for a renovation that stayed true to the architecture of the period.”

“Keery Design planned my retirement home in Scituate, MA on the same lot of land owned by my daughter and son-in-law. Because of zoning regulations the house was limited to 750 square feet. If anyone had told me prior to David's design for my home that I would be happy in 750 square feet I would not have believed it. But I am thrilled with the design and the livability of my home. Every square inch is usable space. There is a loft built in over the kitchen for my grandchildren's visits. The house is open and airy with gorgeous window views of the blueberry bushes and the woods at the edge of the property The angles in the home and the high ceilings create a feeling of space.. The house was designed to coordinate with my daughter's home and it does that beautifully. David worked throughout the process with the builder and offered many wonderful suggestions about material and accessories and that helped me to stay within my budget. The result is a home which I love and visitors rave about when they come. Beautiful space creates a feeling of contentment and peace. This space does that for me. I couldn't be happier with the design and building of my home.”

“We chose Kelley based on what we saw on her website as well as houzz.com. Her style was consistent with what we were looking for. Her recommendations were stellar. One of them included a prominent person who has used her for multiple projects, both commercial and residential. She designed a master plan for renovation for our home, which entailed moving the master bedroom over a garage, opening up the downstairs floorplan, kitchen expansion, mudroom, dormers. Her services included 3D sketch models and Construction documents. She is a pleasant person, who is knowledgeable and confident, but not overbearing. She has many resources and also desired to work closely with our contractor. She really listened to what we were saying, and successfully incorporated design elements that were important to us. She is intuitive and read our needs well. She is budget conscious. The final cost of her service was consistent with what she listed on her estimate. We highly recommend her and anticipate using her for further services once construction commences.”

“We had the pleasure of working with Deb Bauman on the design and rebuild of our house in Maine. Deb's work on this project far exceeded our expectations. From the beginning, she listened to and worked closely with us to understand our family's needs and tastes and produced design concepts that addressed those stated needs and other needs that we hadn't even thought about. Throughout the project, Deb was always a delight to work with. She was accessible, collaborative, creative, and fun. She worked closely with our builder, engaged with him in a collaborative way (which further enhanced the project) and made sure that no detail was left to chance. The end result is a home that is warm, inviting and that reflects our personalities. Even now, 2 years after the project was completed, we are struck by the creativity and detail of Deb's fine work. We cannot recommend her highly enough.”
