“Xiomara and team completed the design for our project - a 3 story addition to our 1920's home. We are in the process of adding a finished basement/media room, first floor mud room/powder room/family room, second floor master suite, and third floor bedroom/bath. We chose to work with Xiomara because of her focus on seemlessly incorporating the new with the old - you cannot tell we have even done an addition. Our project was complex and required reworking the entire clay tile roof line. Our house now functions beautifully. Xiomara had many great ideas and she took our rough concept of what we needed and has transformed our home. I would highly recommend Xiomara and her team.”

“Boaz Golani, principal of BMG Design/Build designed and project managed an extensive renovation of our 1920s Tudor-revival house, focussing on kitchen and bathroom. The work required fully demolishing the spaces, to the studs, replacing wiring and plumbing, and executing a redesign which was true to the period details of the house, but kicked the whole place up a couple of levels in convenience and elegance. Golani was brilliant in his aesthetic and practical creative problem solving. He sourced and managed fine craftsmen, and was onsite everyday, keeping the job on time and budget. Few clients are as fortunate as we were in achieving all and more than we expected without any pains except the inevitable one of writing checks.”

“I have worked with Taeik for nearly 7 years now on projects ranging from $50,000 to $5,000,000. He and his organization are prompt, courteous and effective. “Michael Lewis is a consummate designer with years of experience, talent, and organizational ability. We felt supported by Michael and his able firm throughout our project. There was a culture of sensitivity to our needs throughout the firm and skillful handling of issues as they inevitably cropped up. The firm worked with our century old house to bring it into the modern age, by retrofitting an amazing kitchen into limited space and converting an unusable attic space into a dream master bedroom suite with dormers, increasing our living space significantly. “I contacted Mr. Gogan about a condo I own that needed rehab. Mr. Gogan responded very quickly and gave me a great deal of advice without asking for a retainer, or fee. He was extremely generous with his time and advice, reaching-out to permitting and other approval authorities on his own (with my OK, of course). I found/find his advice, insight, experience and initiative very valuable and reassuring. I look forward to continuing to work with him through to completion.”
