“United Architects exceeded my expectations in every way. The details, creativity and design excellence put into a complete remodel of my home was beyond what any other firm could have supplied. The remodel was a total renovation of 2000 sq ft walk-up/brownstone/row home type residential property with two floors. The customer service was exemplary, the work received was done quickly and efficiently. They were with me every step of the way. I highly recommend Maria Luisa Castellanos, R.A. Principle of the firm to coordinate any project you may have. Her consultation assured me I had found the right Architect and I couldn't be more pleased with her level of integrity.”

“I HIRED SEBASTIAN EILERT TO DEVELOP THE ARCHITECTURAL PLANS FOR MY NEW HOME IN CORAL GABLES, FLORIDA. MR. EILERT WAS PROFESSIONAL, COURTEOUS, AND WAS VERY PROMPT WITH HIS WORK AND DEADLINES. HE WAS NEVER LATE ON A DEADLINE. MR. EILERT WAS RECEPTIVE AND WELCOMED ALL OR OUR OPINIONS AND COMMENTS. HE MADE DESIGNING OUR DREAM HOME FUN AND HE MADE US FEEL AS WE WERE THE ONES DESIGNING THE HOUSE. I WOULD RECOMMEND MR. EILERT WITHOUT RESERVATIONS TO ANYONE LOOKING FOR AN ARCHITECT TO HELP DESIGN THEIR HOME.”

“As a General Contractor I always look at ways to make the project more efficient and have very satisfied clients. A lot of things happen to make this a reality, however, for me nothing is more important than 1) Having a well and thought-out constructions drawings, and 2) Great communication with the project consultants throughout the entire process. We have worked closely with Reines & Straz and they accomplished that. They are responsive on all RFI's, construction drawings are clear and practical, and the team is great! I fully recommend them.”

“I needed to convert my apartment from 3bd to 4db in high raise building. I was looking for an architect that can do that job especially with that tough environment . I interview more than 10 companies and eventually I decided on Richard. Richard is well communicate, well professional, work fast got my plans ready in 2 weeks ( most companies told me 4-5 weeks) and efficient. on top of that he is very creative and I think he is gifted in that.”
