“My husband and I home had a fire in Jan 2014. It was a total loss. After interviewing several architechts, we fortunately met Armond with Reich Designs. Armond designed a beautiful dream home for us. After being through so much of stress, it was so wonderful to finally meet such an awesome architect. He was professional and yet very personable. It was truly a pleasure working with Armond. At no time did we feel we were not going to be treated well. He eased any fears we had and we felt very confident at all times. On time of the outstanding service we received from Reich Designs, we were also given the best price. Thank you Armond for creating our new dream home. I can not wait until it gets built and we are living in it. You were awesome.”

“Mr. Wermers prepared architecture plans to renovate my existing 1700 s.f. ranch house and to construct a 2000 s.f. addition. The renovations included one bathroom, three bedrooms, kitchen, breakfast room, dining room and living room and to demo the existing one car garage. The additions included a family room, sunroom, two bathrooms, one bedroom, mudroom, two-car garage, laundry room, and a room above the garage (frog). While obtaining a building permit, City staff commented on the detail and thoroughness of the construction plans. Also, Mr. Wermers performed several inspections during construction that resolved several disagreements between the Contractor and the Owner. During the inspections, Mr. Wermers found a few construction faults that saved the Owner thousands of dollars.”

“We reached out to GARC design after receiving an architectural design that just didn’t give us any wow factor. We needed a fresh set of ideas and inspiration for our home’s potential. Suping and Yang spent time in our home and listened to all my frustrations and dreams. They created a Vision Design with 3 different options of what the space could look like at different price points. We were so impressed with their presentation of the renovation and addition, the attention to detail and thoroughness of the designs made it easy to follow. They completely over delivered and I’m beyond thrilled to continue this venture with them. I would highly recommend GARC design to anyone who needs expert design services.”

“Carrie was a great resource and guide throughout our refresh and remodel process, from landscaping (she knows her plants!), to designing the remodel of a master bedroom suite, our color palette, room design, furnishings - the big picture to granular detail - she helped us wade through it all. It was particularly helpful to have her professional opinion and advocacy to ask thoughtful questions of the people we hired along the way. Similarly, it was an added boon to have an architect from their firm, Ron, to answer Qs (challenge assertions) that came up with contractors along the way. We've had friends say it's literally like we have a brand new house and it feels that way too!”
