“Tim Hagan took the smoldering remains of our burnt house and created something beautiful out of the ashes. He didn't flinch when he saw what little we had to work with, and, in a stress-filled year, managed to gently mold a beautiful house out of ashes and water. My assessment of Hagan Architects: totally professional, deeply caring, amazingly talented, delightfully innovative.”

“Lori is the best! She has such a good eye for transformation. My room functions better and looks like a million bucks. Lori is very budget minded and was able to provide a superior product at an economical price. Each morning I get up and look at the fabulous bathroom she designed for us and say - "Thank you, Lori!"”

“Robert M. Cain was the architect for my home, completed in 2009. Photos are elsewhere on this site. Robert M. Cain (Bob) is a brilliant designer and superlative master of construction oversight. As the project began, he listened carefully to us and perfectly and seamlessly incorporated our desires into the house. The building is both beautiful and extremely comfortable. It is a LEED Platinum Home. It has many high performance features such as solar panels and geothermal heat pumps. Passive solar concepts are inherent in the design and allow us the be comfortable much of the year without heating or air conditioning. It has many windows and feels like it is in a forest, although the location is urban. It is a calm and cheerful house. Working with Bob and his staff was a completely delightful experience; it was satisfying in every way. Mary B.”

“We are so happy with our experience! The architect and also the GC, Woody was so immersed, dedicated to our project- he guided us when decisions had to be made with excellent communications skills and also humor! It was exciting to see it all happen- and it was on time! We were living in the basement during the renovation and one night, it was storming, pouring rain- and this was before we had the roof completed, and he shows up in the middle of the night just to check on things to make sure water wasn't coming in! He was also very good at keeping us in-check with our budget. We are very happy with our new home!!”

“We have worked with Stephen Flanagan & Studio One on two significant renovation projects at our home in Atlanta. The first was a major reno & addition to a 10 year old home in the Buckhead area of Atlanta. Stephen helped us solve several major space issues and we absolutely love our house (inside & out). Spaces included new ktchen, garage conversion to den, new pool, lani & 2-story garage with a bonus room on second floor connected to house by an outdoor eating area & lanscaping. The second reno was a master bedroom/bath & a guest room & Jack/Jill bath. Again Stephan was wonderful to work with and we couldnt be happier with our new space!”

“I have used Norris Broyles on three projects. He has done complete house design, an in-law suite, and my current project, a finished basement to include bedrooms, kitchen, laundry room, and a few other modifications. On each project, Norris Broyles created superior design work and his plans are so complete that my contractors rarely had a single question during the construction. One of Norris’ skills, besides design, is communication. On each project, Norris listened intently to what I wanted the completed project to look like and each time he has delivered. He is wonderful at translating ideas into a finished plan. His wealth of experience comes into play with each project. Without hesitation, I strongly recommend Norris Broyles and his firm whether it’s a room, a large area, or a complete house.”

“"Grove Road worked closely with me on a challenging project that had two major hurdles — our rocky site was steep, and our budget was tight. Mike presented multiple concepts and, actually, the most creative solution was the most affordable one. Mike focused on the big picture AND the fine details to help us achieve our dream of a small footprint, modern design that fits our family and lake living. He was involved from beginning to end including site planning, exterior and interior architectural design, contractor selection, construction plans, and supervision. Mike helped me avoid some big problems (things I thought were cool but were functionally unwise). And a BIG help, not to be underestimated...he was instrumental in managing our relationship with the builder.
