“Rob Harbeson and Adam Wagner at Market Square Architects PLLC ("MSA") simply did an amazing job in the overall process of designing our home. The concept meetings and design suggestions for our 6,600SF residence located in Rye Beach NH with MSA were flawless and the recommendations as made by Rob and his team were then carried out and constructed by the custom builder Dick Southwick (Southwick Construction, Inc.) who did an amazing job at constructing a one-of-a-kind luxurious home in Rye. In meeting with Rob and his team, from the early discussions and hand sketches of conceptual ideas through a myriad of physical design idea changes during the construction process, every phase and facet of our project was done in exemplary fashion! All of the design architects at MSA were very accommodating and welcoming of ideas and changes and made the entire process seamless and stressless. We especially appreciated the 3-D walkthroughs of the residence as designed and created by MSA so we could get a "feel" and "flow" of the home prior to the physical construction. Every member of the MSA team was appreciated by us and their guidance was simply invaluable. We highly recommend Rob Harbeson and his team at MSA for any project both large and small. “For more than two years commencing in August 2002 I worked with Hope and Brad of Salmon Falls Woodworks to restore and renovate a large c1725 house my husband and I purchased in 2001. We lived in the house throughout the project, and what could have been fraught with tension and difficulty was a wonderful adventure. There is not a room in the house that they did not touch with their skill and care. The kitchen and laundry area presented a major design and construction challenge, but Brad and Hope transformed a warren of small dark rooms into a beautiful, sunny space that functions perfectly for two active cooks. While remaining true to the spirit and aesthetic of the house this space now has 21st century efficiency and satisfies our modern desire to connect the interior with the garden and landscape beyond. It was a delight to work with two people whose high standards matched my own. Hope and Brad are experienced craftsmen who work with great sensitivity, conscientiousness and integrity. Further, their design and execution skills for both cabinet making and general construction are unmatched in my experience. “Review for Chris Delano - Art of Space Chris did a wonderful job designing our new lake house so that views of the lake can be seen from our main living areas including the master bedroom. We were pleased with his creative ideas which included the use of upper windows that allow extra light to filter in throughout the day. He not only was the architect but was involved in the management of the project. Chris was excellent to work with and he and the general contractor worked very well together. “From the minute I meet Deb I knew that we would click. She had a real sense of what I was looking for and available to quickly change whatever did not work for me. She was professional, but also became apart of the family and the project. Her eye to detail was amazing and she worked well the the contractor. It isn't easy to remodel a 1790's house/kitchen and all her measurements fit like a glove and made the contractors job easier. We could not have done it without her extensive knowledge.
