“I hired dJA Architects to design a 400 sqft office over an existing garage space. The were efficient, informative, and after listening to the design perimeters came up with a design that allowed for kitchenette, bathroom, office area, and meeting area. The kept me informed throughout the design and permit process. I would highly recommend.”

“We have been working with Siteline since 2010 on the design and construction of our new garage/shop and major remodel of our home. The team at Siteline is very responsive and have done a great job on coordinating with the planning and building depts as well as with the engineers and other specialists as needed. Their contacts in the area have been invaluable to us by ensuring that the various vendors and subs are reputable and provide good value for their services. “Dave Piches was a perfect fit for my project. There are many reasons to hire an architect but mine could be reduced to one large factor; creativity. Being a contractor for the past 23 years, I'm not new the construction process and I have rather high expectations. Couple this aspect of the situation with the fact that for years I had attempted to draw the plans myself as part of a creative outlet but could not bring all of the aesthetics in place as a comprehensive whole which had any panache. After Dave met with me and my wife, he took the plans I provided along with the ideas we stated and created an entirely different design. At first my feelings were a bit hurt that none of what I supplied was used in the final design, but as I went through his plans that faded quickly. He heard everything we requested and then added "wow" which resulted in a fantastic design that intrigues all that visit. Every detail I had described and drawn was used but in ways I had not imagined. If creativity is the order of the day, you'll be in good hands with Dave Piches.”

“I recommend Wallis Design Studio. We were out of town clients working with Robert and his staff to redesign/remodel a home in El Dorado County. It is a challenge to be 400 miles from your property during the design process. They are patient, efficient, informative and creative. One staff member even worked during holiday closure to be sure that our plans were submitted timely to the county planning department by a deadline that, if we had missed, could possibly have cost us more in fees. Great job. Can't wait to see the finished product.”
