Trials & Tribulations of Transformation: The Building Gut, Design and Renovation

I am presenting here the story of the daunting and epic tale of a full building gut, design and renovation. I bought this building with the anticipation of following my passion and dreams of creating a beautiful home. The original building depicted here over a couple of dozen pictures was home to 4 apartment and a main floor junk store. It was dirty, disgusting and filled with roaches (which fell from the ceiling in copious amounts during demolition). By the time final construction was done my new home had one large apartment and beautiful vintage store below.
