This bathroom in our client's lovely three bedroom one bath home in the North Park Neighborhood needed some serious help. The existing layout and size created a cramped space seriously lacking storage and counter space. The goal of the remodel was to expand the bathroom to add a larger vanity, bigger bath tub long and deep enough for soaking, smart storage solutions, and a bright updated look. To do this we pushed the southern wall 18 inches, flipped flopped the vanity to the opposite wall, and rotated the toilet. A new 72 inch three-wall alcove tub with subway tile and a playfull blue penny tile make create the spacous and bright bath/shower enclosure. The custom made-to-order shower curtain is a fun alternative to a custom glass door. A small built-in tower of storage cubbies tucks in behind wall holding the shower plumbing. The vanity area inlcudes an Ikea cabinet, counter, and faucet with simple mirror medicine cabinet and chrome wall sconces. The wall color is Reflection by Sherwin-Williams.

We were hired for this project to renovate a master bedroom and bathroom in an adorable colonial in the suburbs of New York. The bathroom had floor to ceiling mirrors and brown marble with dated gold fixtures and was in need of a serious upgrade. After gutting the space, we put in a beautiful neutral color palette with a charcoal vanity and big freestanding soaking tub. In the bedroom, we needed to change all of the furniture, window treatments, choose new paint colors, light fixtures and accessories. Marble hex floor

Modern and traditional styles have been mixed in this family bathroom to great effect. The patterned floor tiles stand out against the sharp white brick wall tiles. The large wall hung basin and drawers give a contemporary edge to the design.

Updated master bathroom. ADA accessible and retirement-ready. Kohler sink fixtures and Fireclay tiles, hand painted Alhambra pattern and Carrera marble tile and countertops. Rustic wooden bathroom mirror. ADA compliant toilet and decorative grab bars.

Bathroom renovation in period home. The original plaster ceiling rosette was carefully relocated to fit in the new scheme. The panel above the tub is a custom strie paint finish using tones of the wall colour.
