Third Avenue Historic Renovation

A total of 6 fireplaces were restored in this 1867 historic home remodel and reno by Deer Creek Homes in Franklin, TN. This area just off the kitchen was converted to a home office, complete with its own fireplace. Cabinets were built on-site; original brick on the fireplace, new mantel and trimwork. The wood floors were totally replaced using 150 year old recalimed antique heart pine wood taken up from a factory. Period-authentic 7' doors were installed and transoms with millwork added.
