Sunset Park – Craftsman; Remodel

5 bedrooms; 4.5 bathrooms; 5,500 sq. ft. Nestled among giant oak trees and sharing a slice of a small lake, this 1997 home just needed a bit more room to play for the family's growing teens. At least that's how it started. As with many remodels, once the homeowners looked closely at the project, their needs expanded. The desire to get the most benefit from this endeavor resulted in a full kitchen remodel along with the family, dining, living, bed, bath and laundry rooms remodeled...and of course the gameroom! This two-story interior/exterior 'facelift' was the perfect solution to this family's present and future needs. An Interesting Feature: The choice was made to keep the laundry room on the first floor. A clever second-floor chute from the master and hallway closets sends dirty clothes directly to their clean-up destination.
