This family room was also part of the remodel. The wood clad on the fireplace is actually walnut flooring. It was remnant material from another project. The planks are various sizes, ranging from 4"-10" wide and finished with tung oil. The mantle was built out of poplar and stained espresso. The chevron rug is from Overstock! Carlos Vegara Photography
