Staged to Sell - New Build Home - Pailton

The Smithy is a small development of 4 new build homes by local developer Revel Homes in the village of Pailton, Warwickshire. We part furnished this 4 bedroom property to showcase the spaces that buyers were finding hard to visualise empty. By collaborating with Laura at Mini Aperture Photography we created a great marketing package to attract the target buyer.
