Our clients had refurnished their parents former home to an extremely high standard, however the open plan living space confused even them as to how it would work with furniture. Open plan has so many possibilities and whilst a few see that as a great benefit for flexible living, most are overwhelmed and struggle to visualise how it will work for them to live in!

Staging once again came up trumps!!! We designed a scheme and layout to attract the properties target buyer and installed the project within 7 days of appointment. The installation and photography by Laura of Mini Aperture took place on the same day and our clients had professionally edited images ready for their marketing within 24 hours of the install.

The bungalow attracted many viewings with an offer being secured within just a couple of weeks and the prospective buyer has also asked to buy all the furniture and accessories!!!!
