SoNew Live/Work Lofts

SoNew Lofts (South of New River)…This project consisted of eight 3 story live/work lofts and two 2 story residential townhouses. The live work lofts were zoned for office use on the ground level and the two levels above were for residential use. All of the eight live/work lofts adjoin a lushly landscaped interior courtyard.
