Sand Key Beach Condo Rental

This condo had a small face-lift. We removed the laminate counter-top with a black absolute granite. A glass mosaic black, white and grey black-splash and black hardware was added to the kitchen cabinets for a pop of color. A coat closet was replaced with a mini bar. Cove lighting, under-cabinet lighting and a ceiling light fixture were added for ambiance and functionality in the kitchen. In the dining room a new chandelier was added and dining room chairs were reupholstered. We also added a buffet table and art work and accessories.
