Renovations

This extensive renovation included lifting the entire cottage, adding an ICF basement, 2 additions and lots of deck space to enjoy the magnificent lake. One of my favourite spaces is the screened porch, complete with fireplace and a window system that allows it to be closed up on cool days, or open to allow for gorgeous lake breezes....just add a glass of wine.
