Murals

This mural was inspired by the watercolors of 19thc. artist David Roberts. They depict his travels through the holy land, which was perfect for my customers who wanted a view of Jerusalem. Raw canvas was glued to the wall, primed, drawn upon and then painted with acrylics. I had to combine different paintings in order to make a mural that would cover the whole room and still make sense in terms of perspective, it was an interesting challenge.
