Modern Palazzo

This view from the kitchen side of the island shows a closeup of the reeded legs. The base moudling at the sides of the island were mitered at the corners to a slightly arched toe valance then capped with an ogee moulding. This picture also shows the hidden area on the side designed for an extra stool when needed.
