Loveland Addition

A master bathroom was added onto the back of a contemporary 70s home, necessitating that a deck be removed, but the window below the addition still be functional. Cantilevered and on a single post, the new bathroom was more than double the size of a previous multi-use bathroom, which is now free to serve other bedrooms and the rest of the house.
