Entering the living room, you are greeted by the warm glow of natural light that serves as a spacious canvas to amplify the luxury of the charismatic bohemian-inspired furniture that frames the room. The furniture is rooted in light, natural wood that pairs beautifully with a cane swing, making it hard not to conjure up an image of a breezy beach vacation at home. The earthy, boho-chic theme of the room is quickly highlighted by the opulence of trendy accent pieces elegantly strewn across the room.

This 2,400 sq. ft. apartment in Juhu is a study in tone-on-tone layering and the subtle strength of multidimensional textures. It has been designed and styled for a young couple and their 4-year-old son. Zen-like immersiveness is the result of working with the natural energies of the space. Seamlessness and continuity reflects the infinite allure of the earth, sky, and horizon, captured in neutral hues. Furniture has been customized to focus on versatility of cohesive styling on one hand, and practical storage needs on the other. A harmonious blend of architectural and rounded silhouettes orchestrate with layered rugs, as well as spherical nested tables, centre tables, or corner tables in wood and marble. An open plan layout accentuates the spatial appeal of the drawing room and dining area, with a statement dining table in high grade marble. A mindful ode to environmentally conscious details, the master bedroom has a handmade sisal wall covering, chosen for its durability, textured elegance, and sense of breathable expansiveness.

An 8 ft. simple teak wood finish main door gives way to a cozy living room doused in natural light streaming from a large window and a cute-as-a-button balconette. The wall between this room and the kitchen has been demolished and the open kitchen now effectively makes this living space appear larger. We laid wooden look tiles on the floor, pre-cut into 4 pieces and organized in the herringbone pattern. This is not only spread across the studio but also seeps up the living room main wall. Upon this wall, hangs an artwork specially commissioned to a young artist to be evocative yet flaunt the yellow and blue that ties the otherwise somber colours together. Below this is a long chesterfield sofa in electric blue, an armchair upholstered in hounds-tooth with a gold, black and wooden frame. A wood and black glass center table set and a yellow and wooden side table set complete the seating set up. A custom rug in colours of our choice brings a touch of elegance to the room. Beside this is a white and wood console table with a round gold and wood finish mirror. A black skirting flows throughout the walls with a wood detailing as an added design detail.
