Hancock Park

The house was painted bandaid pink. We decided to strip the paint down to the original tinted stucco. The house is Spanish mission style which is why the walls are made to look like plaster over rubble which is how many of the mission were originally constructed. Once we had stripped the house, we had the president of the plaster institute come out and advise us as to what to do next. He said that even if we replastered that the cracks would eventually come back. The original black paper was 30lb.
