As this was a property development, it was crucial that the technology provided offered both universality and complete flexibility in the systems specified. Future-readiness for systems that might be desired by new owners, such as security monitoring, was also provisioned for to cover all likely eventualities. This meant that getting schematics for each system – audio, control, data, video – completed early on was crucial in ensuring that we delivered the project within a very tight budget.
