We recently gained planning permission to construct a rear extension, combined with the existing side extension, internal remodelling and large loft conversion with rear dormers. We then applied for planning permission again, this time to add a porch space and a large outbuilding in the back garden. Once planning was approved, we completed building regulation drawings and structural calculations for the project, providing the building contractor with all of the drawings and detailed to deliver the project without any issues.
