From Garage to Beautiful En-Suite

This busy single executive wanted more livable space in her small 1,300 square foot home. Since she had never parked her car in the garage, we converted this space into a master bedroom, bathroom and laundry room. The additional 800 square feet provides her with a beautiful master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and walk in closet. These new rooms have enabled her to have a larger office and guest bedroom in the existing part of the house. And the new laundry area with built in shelves for additional storage makes doing laundry in her former cold garage a thing of the past.
