The clients requested an intimate seating patio to gather while the kids play nearby. In addition to loosening up the rigid formality of balled boxwoods, the meadow grasses soften the edge of the artificial turf and can take the kids' foot traffic if they don't stay on the flagstones (they won't, right?).
