Cornices for the Condo, wallpaper, and other decorative touches

A soft green was selected for the walls, and a muted brown, inspired by the tree trunks in the painting above the fireplace, was used for the mantle. Tech Painting did the painting, and added the framing around the drywall opening to the dining room on the left, to match the framed opening to the small guest room on the right. A custom lambrequin frames the view.
