Condo Remodeling

For this bedroom, we wanted the newly designed room to pair nicely with the rest of the home. We kept the structure the same but replaced the walls and moldings, insulated the walls with closed cell foam, and ran new electric through the room. We also kept the existing fan box, while installing four recessed lights to accentuate and define the area around the bed. We were lucky to find a gorgeous hardwood floor under the home’s carpets, which complemented the style of the home and only needed to be refinished. Home located in Evanston, Illinois.
