The real estate photographer's wide angled lens makes this room quite odd and not terribly user friendly, but we did actually succeed to make it appear warm and appealing to potential buyers without the need to hire any extra furnishings. Simply wrapping the microsuede sofas with new linen throws and adding some fresh cushions was enough to add a crisp, clean look to the space. It can be tough for clients to live in a pre-sale styled house (especially with kids), so kudos to my client, Karen, for keeping it looking smart for every inspection! .
