Sited on a hill top in Salem SC, this home is designed to emphasize the connections between the indoors and the outdoors. It does so by creating views of the Blue Ridge Mountains to the north, and views of Lake Keowee to the south, as well as using local wood and indigenous stones. Operable glass walls strengthen the indoor/outdoor concept as the Living Hall can fully open to the terrace, turning the space into a fully functional outdoor room with views to both the lake and mountain.
