A bedroom with a view: A luxurious way to wake up! One can walk out of their bedroom, straight into the spa like pool. The shades of the pool gives a feel of walking onto a sandy beach. The sand like tiles from the bedroom follow onto the deck, to blend the indoors & outdoors. The glass railings ensures the views remain unobstructed. Minimalist & modern, an architecture which ensures the beauty around is complimented & enjoyed to the utmost.

True Vented Louver Doors by Supa Doors. Used in swinging, sliding, bifold, bypass, or pocket applications. This door is using a 2-1/4" louver blade. When looking at Louver Doors, choose a door with a minimum of 2-1/4" wide louver blade to give an upscale, plantation style look. Try to avoid the smaller 1" or 1-1/2" louver blades. Also look for doors that offer a limited lifetime warranty.

We wanted the guest room to feel like a room in the trees, but still be able to push furniture up against the wall without it being seen from the exterior (or bleached out by the sun) so we stretched out the windows as much as structural would let us. The monkey table lamp (called Monkeying Around by Luli Table lamp) was fun tongue-in-check accessory. We wanted to add a wall with funky wallcovering, but that will possibly be in the next budget!

Our most recent modern farmhouse in the west Willamette Valley is what dream homes are made of. Named “Starry Night Ranch” by the homeowners, this 3 level, 4 bedroom custom home boasts of over 9,000 square feet of combined living, garage and outdoor spaces. Well versed in the custom home building process, the homeowners spent many hours partnering with both Shan Stassens of Winsome Construction and Buck Bailey Design to add in countless unique features, including a cross hatched cable rail system, a second story window that perfectly frames a view of Mt. Hood and an entryway cut-out to keep a specialty piece of furniture tucked out of the way. From whitewashed shiplap wall coverings to reclaimed wood sliding barn doors to mosaic tile and honed granite, this farmhouse-inspired space achieves a timeless appeal with both classic comfort and modern flair.
