1. Location: Mumbai
Firm: ZERO 9
Size: 120 square metres (1300 square feet); 3 bedrooms; 3 bathrooms
Originally a four-bedroom apartment, the original layout of this Mumbai flat was changed to accommodate three spacious bedrooms and three bathrooms, with the common theme of abundant light and space throughout the home. The living-cum-dining room is now awash with light that streams in from a balcony through glass sliding doors.
All living spaces, be it the lounge area or the bedrooms, sport a minimalist look in the colours used and the customised furniture. The guest and master bedrooms reflect soothing palettes of beiges and blues, with French windows that open onto balconies. Wooden flooring blends in with wooden furniture to give an open, seamless look to the rooms, while mirror fronts on the cupboards double the space.
