Bench like this instead of whole unit might be less expensive? We need the bench to be higher up due to my knee problems.
Looks a lot like what I envision. Utility area with upper cabinets (could use re-purposed kitchen uppers) and space for hampers and hanging rod. Cut out in wall for direct hamper access from master
