We met with our local inspector and were able to put in pop up receptacles with a dedicated GFI circuit. You need to make sure you make room for them in the cabinetry interiors when they are in the down position. We love them. Here is a pic. I tried to zoom in on one so you could see it better. When pulled up, each one has two outlets. This allowed us to have clean waterfalls.
