keeping existing appliances & sink
will keep the dark stained custom trim that is already on the windows, baseboards and doors
shaker cupboards - hoping we can afford inset doors
so far thinking painted cupboards, painted walls, no tile except possibly behind the stove
need to work on colors - have ideas
floor - hoping to afford wood - but what color?
