Interiors
I like the idea of gray and green in our front patio, PLUS not having anything that will rust. Could skip the fence and have the greenery in sunken planters instead, as shown here.
This is the way for me to bring blue--painting something, perhaps pendant lighting. Not via the stove. Blue chandelier pendants? See the blue-shade chandelier elsewhere in my idea book.
Mirror wall, brass fixtures, how airy it is.
Lots of great bathroom ideas!
Love the hardware, the white walls, the recessed medicine cabinet.
I like the black floor, which I don't have in my bathroom. But I can bring black in in other ways.
Lower price for similar style as other saved chair
Form factor, padding, excellent reviews, leather.
Same black/white/gray/gold/green theme I want.
Leggy gold vanity with the black and white (gray impression) wall paper.
Love the vanity and even the wall color. Thinking of keeping my bathroom black, white and gold with some green accents . . . could be cool to mix patterns by putting this type of vanity in.
I like the gold accents, and what they did with the shower. Again, it starts from where I am--I have white tile on the walls.
Like the use of plants, reminds me that I really want to make use of our elephant screen.
I like the brown and blue and lots of rich textures, including on the ceiling.
Blue and brass, especially in the range! This would be a big splurge, b/c a range like that probably costs $3,000. But still . . . you can really see our kitchen, we have an open space, it needs to be part of the decor.
Mixing stone with grass, modern seating area with lights above and firepit below.
Dark wall and tall accent mirror used with a small vanity.
Exactly what I need for our "entryway." I could keep one of the existing Besta units and pair it with the pony ottoman to start.
Yep. Could do a clock with this metallic accent. Could also do brass around the recessed lighting. I also like the red knobs on the gas stove. Do we have to spend a ton on a stove to get those?
Also like for the bedroom. Need to figure out what size rug.
Love this for the bedroom, but it doesn't come in a big enough size. Biggest size is 8x10.
Interesting "headboard" idea!
Bright bedclothes against neutral walls.
The use of color in this home is amazing.
Wow, and great mural. I could put a mural behind Michael's hexagonal table that I will be putting next to the kitchen.
I like having muted and saturated colors in the same palette. Here, it's yellow.
Great rug and pillows.
Another one I just love for many reasons. Jaska thinks the rug is dope. Pretty sure the walls are Revere Pewter or something close. I could do this type of rug in the vista sitting area, put custom covers on the IKEA dining chairs and skip the rug in the dining area, and then I'd just have to think about the floor in the lounge area.
Chairs!
I just love it.
It's just every color thrown in against a white wall. The unifying color theme is all of the colors are saturated.
Amazing rug, for some reason I'm imagining it under my piano.
Another view of this gorgeous room. Note the dark-toned oriental rug.
Black, red and white again.
Chair instead of piano bench, the spindly furniture.
I think this chandelier would be great for our bedroom.
Colorful accessories against white, double rug!
I want this rug.
Kind of reminds me of 582 Beacon, but with rust and teal instead of blue and green as accents. This would work in the sunroom.
Another interesting seating and rug arrangement involving a piano.Love the color on the bench and the tree mural.
Colors again--rich violets and blues with caramel and gold. Basically, blue and orange. Note the neutral rug with little bits of blue in it.
Colors. Jewel tones against brown and beige. This is a way to start from where I am. It would require me to buy a new, neutral rug for the vista area. I think I could get away with the existing rug for the lounge area and just add colorful cushions; I've saved another photo with ideas for that type of rug (the previous photo).
Mural, upholstered chairs. Gave me the idea of using a bird mural or fabric as a memento of what we loved about our sun room at 582 Beacon. Could do this as curtains next to our dining room table!
Nice way to add red and blue with my existing and very nice taupe sofa. Could move the red chair from its current position!
Great palette.
Palette and more greek key accents
Black walls, fixtures, plants in black pottery, plus the warm wood tone/floating shelf.
