Like this staircase and layout. Would see staircase when enter front door. To the right, living room. To left, kitchen and dining/sunroom. When you look at the other pics, keep in mind we'd have regular 9 foot ceilings, but lots of windows. Wouldn't have the formal dining room either. Kitchen would be white cabinets, maybe white trim in dining area too. So it'd be finished differently.
Do you think it's too open? Would we get sick of it?
