Look: wood ceiling- clean squares for flooring. Different fireplace stone- stacked gray- more modern.
I do not necessarily like this- but I like the idea of putting the fireplace on the west side of the covered patio to help block the sun.
Not this many stairs but I like the hot tub sun deck combo
Could the garage connect to the covered patio? Or a breeze way that is covered to the garage?
To much elevation change but I like that the hot tub is near the entertainment area.

I like the use of teak benches and flooring
Outdoor shutters would match what we have indoors and help with the direct west sunlight on deck.
