The photos depict great ideas for a large laundry room. However, for small laundry areas in the rental units, a hook at either end of a room would allow a cord to be extended, as needed, across the room, and delicate items hung to air dry in the small space that's available.
Beautiful and functional! I might like the frames to lean out further from the wall. If one of the frames could go horizontal, you could air dry knit items flat on it, but it could interfere with traffic.
