Another Manosa interior.
Q
Here's a Prairie-ish Filipino interior.
Another contemporary Filipino interior. Not unlike an updated Craftsman.
From contemporary Filipino architect Francisco Manosa.
Cherry woodwork against white walls with large windows has a nice effect.
This feels like what we are designing for the addition. The feel is a bit too rustic.
Nice feel. The darker floor contrasts everything above.
Simple fireplace more in style.
Dad likes wall decoration.
Dad likes the dramatic blue.
Simplicity is nice, but height is too much.
Another simple fireplace.
See through fireplace is nice, design is a bit too modern.
Fireplace doesn't go all the way to the ceiling and is see-through. A bit too modern, but the right idea.
Dad likes the stairs. Again same railing going upstairs/downstairs.
Dad likes the squares.
Possible fireplace.
All this is meant to show is a TV at watchable height in a fireplace area.
The ceiling and floor are nice. Probably wouldn't choose this paint and furniture, but lighter is the feel to achieve.
This feel is evocative of a Filipino style that we would like to incorporate.
Ceiling detail is nice. This slate tile looks nice to offset entrance.
Art windows make for nice effect.
Dad - Dramatic wall for entry. Possible use of capiz for interior wall.
Built-in seating, possibly near entrance. Need to incorporate solutions to entrance/exit routines within an open floorplan.
Dad like exposed brick wall for dramatic effect, but also echoing Filipino style.
Nice ceiling detail. This echoes a Filipino style we'd like to achieve, but this tends to French rather than Spanish colonial.
We would like stair rails to match upstairs & downstairs.
Built-in china cabinet looks nice. Cherry is formal.
We like Craftsman/Prairie, but we also like lighter feel. Maybe not this light, but this is an idea.
Dad likes the lighting fixture. Floor is too light, walls are too dark.
Very nice overall feel.
Nice windows. Nice feel.
Another Manosa interior.
